Optimal Benefit Advisors

Stronger Benefits. Better Cash Flow. Higher Exit Value.

Through Optimal Benefit Advisors, we help employers add preventive-care benefits that can reduce payroll taxes, which improves EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization), which supports valuation.

Potential outcomes depend on employer-specific eligibility, participation, plan design, and professional review.

Why this matters for your exit

  1. Payroll-tax savings

  2. Recurring EBITDA improvement

  3. Higher enterprise value at your multiple

Illustrative example only

125 W-2 employees, 75% enrollment, ~$61K–$111K estimated annual impact; at a 5x multiple, up to ~$557K in enterprise value.

These rounded estimates are illustrative, not a forecast. Actual payroll-tax impact depends on eligibility, participation, payroll structure, and plan design. Valuation assumes savings are sustained as recurring EBITDA and does not guarantee a sale price.

What the program is / isn't

Is

  • A supplemental preventive-care program under Section 125
  • Works alongside existing major medical
  • Includes virtual care, mental health support, and prescription coverage

Isn't

  • A replacement for health insurance
  • A cost shift to employees
  • Right for every employer

Where it fits in Plan · Prepare · Transition

  1. Plan
  2. Prepare
  3. Transition

Savings need a track record before a buyer or valuation firm will credit them, so owners 1–5 years from a sale should start early.
